【Individual Reservation】 Reservations are open for 30 days upon logging into the reservation system. The opening hours are 10:00-18:00 (10 AM - 6 PM) from Tuesday to Sunday. Each time slot is an hour, with the last slot at 17:00 (5 PM). 　 2. The maximum number of guests per reservation is 5 (including infants). For a group of more than 5 guests, please make separate reservations. For a group of 15 or more, we recommend you refer to the group-guided tour reservations below. 　 3. Name, phone number, and email address must be provided when making a reservation. 　 4. Booking is available for only a time slot at a time. Another reservation can be made after the first visit is completed. 　 5. You will receive a confirmation email upon successful reservation, and another text message (SMS) the day before the visit. Please show the received SMS when entering the museum. 6. If you are unable to come at the scheduled time, please cancel or reschedule through the reservation system. We unfortunately do not accept reservation changes on site. 　 7. In the event of non-attendance in the reserved time slot without cancellation in advance, we will deny future reservations if necessary to protect the rights of others. 　 8. If the day you wish to visit is fully booked, you can also queue up at the venue and we will have a waiting list for admission depending on the number of people in the museum. 　 9. If the museum is closed due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, power outages, or COVID-19 outbreaks, all reservations will be canceled on that day. The museum reserves the right to cancel or make final changes to the reservation without prior notice. A single tour lasts 40 to 60 minutes. 　 2. Reservations are only available for a group of 15 or more people. 　 3. Please fill out the application form at least one week prior to the visit. The reservation is deemed successful only after the museum contacts you via email or phone. 　 4. If you need to adjust the time and/or duration of the tour or the group size after the reservation, please contact us via email or phone in advance. 　 5. Please check in at the counter on the 1st floor 10 minutes before the scheduled time. If you are unable to arrive on time, please take the initiative to call us. The museum has the right to terminate the service if you are late for more than 15 minutes. 　 6. Our children’s guided tour is only available for a group of kids whose age difference is no more than 3 years. This policy is to ensure the quality of the tour will not be compromised. For example, a group of 7-9 years old is eligible to apply, but a 10-year-old child cannot fit in the same group. 　 7.
